Gigio K. Ninan is the Managing Partner of Shankar Ninan & Co. LLP and the incoming Chancellor of Rutgers Law School Alumni Association, Camden for the 2021-23 term.
Gigio practices in the area of business and employment counseling and litigation in New York and New Jersey, serving as outside General Counsel to numerous businesses, including staffing companies. Gigio also has vast experience counseling international companies in Russia, Singapore, India, Pakistan, UAE and Italy.
Zachary Gordon, CPA
Zach is a Senior Manager in the Accounting Services group at Grassi and a member of the firm’s Cannabis Advisory practice. He advises clients in the real estate, healthcare, cannabis, crypto, fintech, and other sectors.
Zach has served as Co-Leader of the Cannabis practice at a public accounting firm and Controller, Auditor and Director for multiple startups.
Zach sits on the NYSSCPA Board of Directors, Cannabis, Technology Assurance and Banking Committees and was Forty Under 40 in 2020.
